Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026

This policy explains how Consilience AI handles personal information collected through the consilienceai.com website.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Consilience AI, Inc. ("Consilience," "we," "us") collects and uses personal information through our website at consilienceai.com (the "Site").

What this policy does not cover.

It covers the website only. It does not cover data that our software processes for a customer; that data stays inside the customer's own environment and is governed by our customer agreement, not by this policy.

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Through the Site we collect:

Information you give us.

  • When you email us or request a demo, we receive your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to include in your message.
  • Demos are scheduled through Calendly. When you book time, you provide your details to Calendly, and we receive the booking information. Calendly's processing is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, and Calendly may process and store your information in the United States.

Information collected automatically.

  • We use a privacy-focused, aggregate analytics tool to understand Site traffic — such as page views, referrers, approximate country, and device or browser type.
  • Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Cookies.

As configured, the Site's analytics does not set tracking cookies, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct demos;
  • operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site; and
  • comply with law and protect our rights, our users, and our systems.

We do not currently send marketing email. If that changes, we will provide a way to opt out and will honor applicable email laws.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business and in responding to your inquiries, and — where you ask us to take steps toward a possible engagement — on taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers that help us run the Site and our business — such as our hosting and analytics providers and our scheduling provider (Calendly) — who may process it only on our behalf and under contract;
  • when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; and
  • in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

5. Third-party services

The Site links to or relies on third-party services, including Calendly (scheduling), our hosting and analytics providers, and our social profiles such as LinkedIn. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. In general, we retain demo and inquiry information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, and then delete or de-identify it, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Our software product maintains a SOC 2 program; this Site itself is hosted on third-party infrastructure that maintains its own security certifications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Your choices and rights

We do not currently send marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information:

California (CCPA/CPRA).

You have the rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California disclosures.

  • Categories collected: identifiers such as your name, email address, company, and IP address; internet or network activity such as pages viewed and referrers; and the contents of any message you send us.
  • Sources: directly from you; automatically from your device when you use the Site; and from our service providers.
  • Business purposes: to respond to inquiries and provide demos; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; and to comply with law.
  • Categories of third parties we disclose to: service providers (hosting and analytics, and scheduling). We do not sell or share personal information.

EEA / UK.

Where applicable, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email help@consilienceai.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Do Not Track

Because we do not track individuals across third-party websites, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. For visitors from the EEA or UK, any transfer of personal information to the U.S. is made under appropriate safeguards, including the Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. We will note material changes on this page and, where we have your email address and the change is material, make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.

13. Contact
